The preliminary design of the production building in Rae municipality is ready.

In the office of Amhold AS, the preliminary design of the production building to be built in Rae parish was completed, and the Rae parish council approved this solution. The production building is located in Lehmja village, Kütte tee 6 and Kütte tee 10 plots. The production building has 3 floors and a net area of 11,522 m2. The project manager is Urmas Lutz and the architect is Indrek Saarepera (Visuaal AB).

It is planned to start construction preparatory works in May 2024 and the deadline for completion of construction works is December 2024.
