Design of Dormitories of Tallinn University of Applied Sciences Under Way

The net area of the dormitories is about 9000 m² and Amhold Ltd. will perform the reconstruction design of the existing buildings and also the project design of the extension of building C.

Amhold will perform the architectural design, interior design and structural design, electrical engineering design of strong and weak current, also control engineering, ventilation and heating, piping, water and sewerage design, technical and environmental studies and energy efficiency simulation.
