Jõgeva Police and Court Building Completed

On the 10th of August 2010, Amhold completed the design of Jõgeva Police and Court Building.
The total area of the plot is 1510 sq.m and the net area of the building is 2081.5 sq.m.

It is a new building with 2 functions: court building with necessary offices and ancillary premises as well as police building with a house of detention (on the basement level), a gym, changing rooms and all required offices and ancillary premises. The main space includes 2 courtrooms, probations rooms, foyer for common use, gym, changing rooms, offices of judges and public prosecutors, offices of police authorities, resting area with kitchen corners and conference rooms.

As the lead designer, Amhold performed the following design disciplines: architecture, interior design, furnishing, landscaping, structural engineering, HVAC, electrical engineering, security systems, control engineering, sprinkler system, clean-agent fire extinguishing system, greenery, traffic and parking schemes, engineering technical and environmental surveys as well as author’s supervision during construction works.
The contracting authority was State Real Estate Ltd.
