Roof Truss Party of Jõgeva Police and Court Building

On 21 December, there was a festive roof truss party of Jõgeva Court and Police Building, celebrating the construction of the building reaching its full height.

In the building with the net area more than 2000 m2, the modern office space will be provided for the court, the Land Registry, Jõgeva office of the Citizenship and Migration Board, probation supervision, the Police and Detention House. Parking lots and new greenery with street lighting will be established by Suure St. and Pargi St.

As the lead designer Amhold performed the following services: architecture, interior design, furnishing, landscaping design, structural engineering, HVAC, water supply and sewerage systems, electrical engineering, security systems, control engineering, sprinkler systems, clean agent fire extinguishing systems, greenery, traffic and parking schemes. Amhold also conducted engineering technical and environmental surveys. The Contracting Authority of the design was State Real Estate Ltd. and the architectural services and the applied design were completed on the order of the construction company Merko Ehitus Ltd.

The cornerstone of the new Jõgeva Court and Police Building was laid on 27 September 2011 and the construction of the building will be completed in summer of 2012.
