Design of Jõgeva Court and Police Building Under Way

On January 6, State Real Estate Ltd and Amhold Ltd entered into contract for engineering design of the new court and police building of Jõgeva.

State Real Estate Ltd announced a public procurement for engineering design of Jõgeva court and police building on November 26, 2009; 10 tenderers took part in the procurement.

The purpose of the procurement was to find a designer, who would set up a preliminary project of Jõgeva court and police building on the immovable of Suur st. 1 in the volume enabling the issue of a building permit.

Amhold Ltd. is the main contractor of the design, i.e. carries out all design disciplines.

The design works include the design of the buildings on the plot and also external buildings (incl. utility lines and access roads) determined by the detailed plans. The built-up area of the planned building is 500 square metres and estimated gross area 2,000 square metres.
According to plans the project of the new building shall be completed by August 10 this year.
