Lindab AS production- and logistics centre, project phases IV, V and VI buildings and facilities ready

Project- and construction work of Lindab AS production- and logistics centre, project phases IV, V and VI that started in Oct 2018, was completed by the 5^th of November 2020. Handed over for operation was a new production building, a warehouse, a utility block for workers and reconstructed and/or expanded accompanying facilities. Location: Estonia, Harjumaa, Jõelähtme county, Iru village, Saha-Loo road 4 and Ämma road 82.

Amhold AS performed complex engineering-technological research work, compiled pre-, main- and construction projects together with customer-side project management activities and author’s supervision. Acting in a consulting role, Amhold assisted in changing the detailed building plan of the county in year 2000. The production complex has a footprint of 54 700 m².

The different parts of the complex building project (e g power supply, climate- water and sewer systems, building structures, landscaping, architecture, interior design, fire safety, traffic- and parking management and other project parts) contained among other parts inert production- and building waste recycling, geothermal and solar energy usage and unique solutions to minimise environmental impact.

• 24.01.2024 The construction project for strengthening the load-bearing structures of the residential building was completed due to the risk of the Peter the Great military tunnel collapsing.
• 28.12.2023 The reconstruction work of UNESCAP Bangkok city district security facilities was put into operation
• 15.12.2023 The project for the reconstruction of the technical systems of a 12-story office building was completed
• 02.11.2021 The sketch project of the planned logistics building in Lehmja village has been completed
• 12.07.2021 The project of the logistics building to be built at 32 Savi tn in Pärnu received a building permit
